Top Employers earn this certification based on their ability to create the optimal conditions for employees which enables them to reach their full potential and to be of great value to their employer. We assess conditions based on the implementation, monitoring and the communication of HR policies and employee offerings. This is how we work.

Certifying Top Employers since 1991
The company was founded in 1991 and is now active in over 45 countries and on five continents. Our headquarters are based in the Netherlands. The Top Employers methodology has been developed by the CRF institute and is recognised by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Our mission is to inspire top employers to stand out. Our research brings insights to their HR policy and best practices. The recognition and visibility enable them to stand out as employers of choice. This is beneficial for all stakeholders, and in particular their current and prospective employees. Furthermore, Top Employers provides participants with the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and to reinforce the role of HR in the business.
