After completing the HR Best Practise survey, the CRF Institute validates and audits the answers. We furthermore involve Grant Thornton, an external auditing company, to validate our processes and the provided information from our participants.
The CRF Institute Validation Process
In verifying the answers given, we make sure that any ambiguities in how questions are asked, definitions and the like are made clear. If necessary, extra research data will be requested from the participant to support the documented activity or policy.
Grant Thornton Audit
Grant Thornton assesses the data set for anomalies, potential areas of concern or errors. They analyse and rate all the answers according to international standards.
The standard for rating is developed by the CRF Institute in conjunction with its panel of HR experts. The ratings are reviewed and updated annually to maximise their relevance for all stakeholders.
