Top Employers Award Events 2013
Twenty companies in Europe have been certified as Top Employer Europe. They recognise the importance of taking good care of their employees and have successfully demonstrated their excellence in the application of their Human Resources policies and practices.
Top Employers Europe 2013 stand out throughout Europe because of their clear policies on competency profiles and definitions and the implementation of performance agreements. Furthermore Diversity and CSR are an important part of the company philosophy and are treated as a key strategic priority.
